I’m thankful for those who serve in the military, especially those who are stationed far from home and those in dangerous areas, for protecting our freedoms and allowing us to live in the greatest country on Earth. A special shout-out to my father-in-law, CMSgt George English, who served 25 years in the United States Air Force and has taught me so much about life and about giving back.

I’m employed by RadioShack. The prize doesn’t matter to me. I just wanted to show my appreciation. I’m thankful for every single person the joins any branch of the military. Whether it be in the Army or Marines. I have a lot of friends in the military. And I just wanted to give them a special thanks. My best friend passed away in Afghanistan a couple of months ago. I still cry for him.. I miss him dearly, but he passed away doing what he loved the most. Defending his country and making the world better for us civilians. Thanks. Thanks to all of those who serve for us to be free.

I am thankful for our miliary. They work hard and are put at high risk so that our country is safe. Our country would not be the same with out our military.

I am very grateful for the military because they put their lives on the line every hour of every day. As a disabled Veteran, I know how difficult it is to be away from family, friends and loved ones constantly. Those people in the military sacrifice so much of themselves and their lives for people they don’t even know. Even people that are not supportive of them. I will always be a great military supportet, Veteran and wife of a Veteran.

To me their are no words to express my gratitude to the military for my freedom. I am so thankful for the many services they provide for us both here and overseas. Most of all my gratitude goes to all of them for putting their life on line for me every day! They make our country “The land of free and the home of the brave” God bless America!

I’m thankful for having had a chance to experience freedom and because freedom isn’t free, our proud military is all over the world fighting for us.

I am Thankful everyday for my Freedom that our Men and Women of the armed forces allow me to keep. I hold the highest respect for all military personnel and Honor their Sacrifice for all Americans. To all of our Brave men and women serving in the military and also to the Brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice by giving their life for my freedom I say “THANK YOU Soldier”.

My family is thankful for our miliary as they risk their lives to keep our country safe and allow us to live our lives to the fullest. Without them who knows what our freedom would look like. Thank you.

I would like those that serve and protect this country because they do so much more than what we realize.

I, being an Air Force brat, have tons of respect for our veterans and men and women who are currently serving. Like my father did in Vietnam, our men and women have sacrificed so much to defend us and our liberties. They have missed births, birthdays, gatherings and holidays with their families to protect and serve that they don’t even know. Next time you see a veteran or a currently serving armed forces member, shake their hand and thank you for their service. Believe it or not, it does mean a lot to them.

  • David Peters

I am MORE than grateful for our military. They allow us to have the freedoms we have. They meaning EVERY branch are my true heroes and who I look up to the most. Coming from a military family, makes me so PROUD! I would love to look into the eyes of every single military man and woman, shake their hand, give them a hug and say THANK YOU. God Bless all of our service men and women.
