In now in my 3rd replacement from the shack ….. I’m starting to lose faith in this phone, and HTC every phone I have gotten has either had a crooked screen, crooked camera, or poor reception….. I now have the phone i have waited for for over 15 years( I’m a major 3d enthusiast) only to have it be one of the worst phones i have had since the touch pro…. Someone needs to fix this….fast!!!

Radio Shack Sucks! I had a rep at a RadioShack kiosk operation in Sam’s Club sell me two useless HTC phones which I returned 3 days later only to find out Sam’s club had terminated RadioShack’s instore Operations. Radio Shack declined return of the cell phone to any RadioShack store and insisted on return by post paid package with FedEx. Radio lost the package and RADIOSHACK HAS BEEN VERY UNCOOPERATIVE CREDITING MY ACCOUNT. RadioShack has the worst customer service experience. I will never buy anything from them.

I like the HTC evo 3D, but just like when the release of the HTC evo 3g/4g a year ago, there are problems ie: dropped calls, calls going directlty to voice mail, rebooting on it own, slow connection to any site, and crooked pages, when opened. The battery wears out fast and takes forever to charge.
