This is my first time at SXSW and like your mother, I want to remember it forever. I packed a couple of devices that allow me to shoot video, capture photos, and print my memories on-the-go.

Polaroid is what I need when the family visit friends. When some of the family say I need a copy of the picture and they can not wait for the Photo shop to deliver the prints by mail.

The Flip Video is a GREAT gadget to have! We bought one a couple of years ago and have used it for many different things. My wife and I are both teachers and use it for school activities and we use it for personal reasons also. I highly recommend them. The mobile printer is new…I’m going to have to check it out. Printing right then and there would be really great!!!

I actually use my i-phone for my "go-to" camera when I travel or attend events. I’m very satisfied with the image quality! One good thing about using my phone for taking pictures is that I know I won’t forget it at home.

I’ve seen work from a flip camera and they do quite well. Not movie quality but for somethig of that size it’s great. Sadly I only have my phone camera to work with and don’t know if I’ll be able to take videos/pictures while on my trip to yellowstone this year. All by motorcycle =] it’d be nice if I could find something that would work like this but as with everyone money is tight. Right now my memory is my preserver, unfortunately I’ve had concussions so it’s not that great haha

I <3 the Polaroid PoGo. It’s a great product at an amazing price point. I think folks are afraid that it’s expensive when, in fact, they’re very inexpensive. And who doesn’t love the high touch impact of being able to take away a 2×3 Polaroid print? Love it!

My favorite memory preserver is my Canon Powershot camera. I love capturing photos and videos of my family, especially grandson, and now that I have another grandchild on the way I can’t wait to capture double the memories.

I usually just carry my Virgin Mobile LG Optimus V smartphone, as I can quickly take pictures and video then share them with my friends. The Flip Video UltraHD 8GB Camcorder would be a nice addition as I often want to use my phone when at events. Also the Polaroid PoGo would be great to give those around me instant memories =)

The portable printer is cool – I usually print at home, or send them out – but being able to print on the spot sometimes would be awesome!!!

I have my Original Droid on me at all times. I always make sure to have it with me because I never know whats going to occur. Recently I helped launch a new Punk/Metal venue and with my phone I recorded some of the bands and took a few photos to share on my facebook profile.
Unfortunately the quality wasn’t the best. Having a Flip HD would be a huge benefit to have as a tool for our venue. We would use it to promote the bands, our upcoming shows and overall of whats new at the venue.

These products are really cool! My favorite memory preserver is my android phone that has a 3.2 megapixel camera. I’ve had it for almost 2 years now. I always pack it and the charger. I’ll even bring my charger for short weekend visits with friends because I play with it so much.

I think the flip would be perfect for my family. I keep leaving my video camera at home because it’s such a pain to carry around. With the flip I could carry it on me at all times, which would mean I wouldn’t miss any more special memories!

Sadly, too many memories have not been "caught’ and have vanished forever. An example is a wonderful cruise we took in January-we had a great time snorkling, meeting new people and pictures would have said it all.
Only, duh, I just took my 10 plus year old camera-and it was kind of bulky to carry, so sadly we often left it in the room. Memories were made and the pictures never developed

I find taking a netbook along provides for a great system for downloading and viewing pictures or video clips and freeing up space on the camera. Also ensures you have a copy of the images to take home.
How about flipping me a handy Flip Video UltraHD camcorder when you are done with it. Please!

I have been doing research on the flip. Has good reviews. I’ve been wanting this camcorder for quite sometime. I want to be able to capture all of those special moments that come only once in a lifetime, especially grandkids.
